So excited or Hong Hae-in’s pov in the coming episodes. For sure, she has her reasons why she can’t openly communicate her feelings to her husband. In the first scene of interview, they kind of have different versions of their first meetings. So it really excites me when it’s her turn to narrate. Kim Jiwon is so beautiful!!
I’m just afraid that Hyunwoo’s intention for caring for her (in the next 3 months) is kinda bad in the beginning when he rediscover his love for her. Well, maybe Haein has an idea of it so maybe she’ll let it pass.
Wow there is so many famous actors and actress, and all good!!
They better have a happy ending! They’re just so cute. She loves him, that much is obvious. That scene at the elevator where she said something along the lines of him caring about others but not those close to him were her feelings. She wants his affection, but her family has killed whatever it was he had. I’m a bit annoyed that the plot seems to be going towards him faking his affection cause he thinks she’s dying so he needs to play the devoted husband to escape unscathed. However, at least with the jealousy element maybe his feelings will become genuine. Love it so far.
First episode is a mess! Fitting in too much with the casts, cameos, forced humor…š„“ And to end with, “I’m dying in 3 months” š¤¦š»āāļø I wish they slowed down and let us feel their “despise” for each other.

I really loving the main leads character and the main lead actors character too . Itās different way different than other main leads how they fell in love and their marriage. Loving it . Please keep up the good work you the writers . Because the actors and actresses doing great job
This drama is like a sequel to many K-dramas. Most of the time, we only get to see the beginning, the process, and the “happy ending” of the main cast’s relationship (you know, FL and ML meet, misunderstand, fall in love, overcome hurdles, get married), but what happens after FL and ML get together remains a mystery cos most dramas end there. Well, THIS could serve as one of its possible followups.
ML liked how pretty she was back then, looking like an angel without actually getting to know her that deeply. He seemed satisfied with just having her as a stay at home wife, without realizing how she operates and that’s how disappointment begins.
Why do I get the feeling that the start of their fallout was the preview of how the people around them spread malicious words about each other. FL looked like she was waiting for ML to reach out to her.
FL seems to have that No-BS personality right from the get go. She grew up in that environment so being cold comes easy. Cowering and people-pleasing are manipulation tactics common amongst people who wants validation from others. But she seems to like ML genuinely before he got distant from her. The scene where she wanted to open the door but she couldn’t is telling.
The steal of a scene was when all the son-in-laws are in the kitchen preparing for memorial…lawyer, architect, Chem major… I love how he still wants to put out his word while being under them…The act of feeling suffocated while trying to fee himself is cool… it’s fresh story telling….
Maybe it’s too soon to assume, but i think it might be because of the family’s they grew apart. Also Hae-In seems to the kind who can’t show consideration upfront. But she seems to still hold feelings for him. Excited to see how they patch up!!!

This is what I’ve been looking for in a drama!!!!!!
The reason I loved Kdramas was bc of the creative takes on classic tropes. But recently dramas have been wayyyyyyy too unoriginal. This premise is golden! Mixing the sick lover trope, with the divorcees/exes rehashing their romance trope, all with a chaebol drama setting…. Ahhhh this feels like a 2010’s kdrama.
Long time no see cute Kim Soo-hyun. At least for now the hype has 10% came true.
FL grew up in that environment and doesn’t understand how to love, even though she clearly feels it. Can’t wait to see their characters will grow.
After the family scene of the ml just shows really no one is on his side poor guy but so far it looks interesting I wonder what will happen next

Lmao this was such a good episode. The plot in the 1st ep was so good. I loved the elements of comedic relief. I actually laughed a lot. I just hope it’s a misdiagnosis and that she isn’t lying
After watching the first episode I do think that the wife still loves him, she’s just unable to show it and takes him for granted. She also seems to be aware of the fact that he is unhappy and they have problems but doesn’t know how to solve them because she’s never learned how to cater to other people, as she was probably always told that other people needed to cater to her as she is in a higher social position.
She will learn bit by bit to care of others and respect them for what they are in this drama and he will fall in love with her again because of it. I’m sold.
Kim Soohyun & Kim Jiwon in the same drama is already insane, but when you have BSS singing the ost too thatās overkill, best combo ever!
This has a serious chance of becoming my favourite drama ever. Iām already in love with this.

Then there’s her family who’s clearly a horrible lot and a person wouldn’t pull them off a burning ledge if they were in trouble instead push them all over the edge one by one.

Is this tragedy or comedy? I really don’t know š I feel sorry, because ML’s misery made me laugh (especially that “I am too cute when I am druk” scene). Anyway a really good first episode. On a fangirly note DK’s voice is so so pretty.

Seems like hae in still likes hyun woo cause she closed her laptop when she heard his footsteps in the hall, waited at the door for him and even got disappointed when he didn’t open the door. She also beat her brother for being disrespectful towards him, if only she said it in the meeting hyun woo would atleast know that she cares. I’m all for men participating in the memorial food preparation to lend help to their wives but while l was happy for the change l felt sorry for the son-in-lawsš, the actors definitely embraced the daughter-in-law vibes while complaining about not being able to eat what they prepared and also not being spared of a second of restšš
Amidst all the comments I just want to take a moment and appreciate BSS (SEVENTEEN) for their vocal skills
dramas like penthouse, the world of the married, & the good bad mother have discussed the pitfalls of upward mobility when marrying the upper class. despite him being at the top of class and graduating from seoul law school, he will never be truly accepted by her family. itās not only classism, but elitism – not being born wealthy is his downfall
Itās been a long time since I watched a Kdrama but I have to be back for Kim Soo-Hyun and Kim Ji-Won.
And Iām extremely happy to be back here, I totally forgot the magic of watching and following a kdrama. 2020 was a Golden year for kdrama and after that unfortunately, many kdrama didnāt captured me attention and my heart so I didnāt watch any series from then until now, hopefully.

KIM SO HYEON (honey) is back and hands down the most handsomest man ever . The story line from the chaebol son-in-law’s perspective is fresh and not told in such an elaborate way as this which is very creative and smart .Kim so hyun being a romantic and cute husband is such a cute thing to witness and damn she’s so hardcore and unfeeling but somehow cares oh well she’s crazy for sure but I can’t wait for her to finally fall for him . It’s gonna be soo cute
It could be a misdiagnosis or that she’s faking it to get Hyun Woo’s cute reactions again or Hae In might’ve received a call from her sister in law before Hyun Woo got home asking about their divorce, making Hae In deciding to lie about dying. Those might be a possibility. Remember, she must’ve been mad at him for not going with her. We might see things from her point of view in the next episode.
Ah~so now Cinderella (Hae In) is the CEO while hubs (Hyun Woo) is an actual Cinderellašš¤£

I think the 16 episodes might dragged the storyline
In that stressful time, he finally found a ray of hope for his insanity. at that moment he is happy that with her death, he can get out of that family with risk free.
with the 3 month plot, he will give her the best love the world can had.
In the process of giving her the best love, both of them collecting what they are missing out, and why they are married in the first place.
on other note, 99% I doubt she will be dead.

The OST tells me this show is gonna be great, esp at 31.20…reminds me of the one Heize sang for IONTBO
The opening reminded me of Crash Landing On You with both dramas drawing parallels between the lives of the main leads. Not surprised here as the writer of this dramas has also written CLOY.
First thing first, I really like the Female character here. It’s very rare in a drama that we get rich female-poor male story. So, that itself makes this drama a bit unique.
As for the story, it surely is very engaging. There are so many characters, particularly from the FL’s family and each being more quirky.
KIM JIWON PLAYING COLD CHARACTER IS JUST MY FAVOURITE THING TO WATCH.

from what I got for these episode 1, this is like a modern family drama, but not a Makjang drama.
I have been waiting for Kim Soo Hyeon for 3 years now!!!. He is a great actor in any kind of acting role. He has been my favorite actor since Moon Embraces the Sun. I know this will be a fabulous drama just because he is the ML. I have missed him since It’s Okay To Not Be Okay.
This is going to be a very long wait ever week. 15 more to go… I should have waited till all episode came.

But honestly though, this was a banger 1st episode (that too after quite a while). Jiwon really suits these sassy idgaf roles. And Soo hyun is in a class of his own. I’ve been waiting for this one and it is off to a promising start.
Now back to the episode. I didn’t expect to laugh this much. The drunk scene was hilarious.. “why did I have to be this cute??????” š¤š
Those in-laws are insufferable. I get why he’s suffocated and wants a divorce. Even the psychiatrist started reflecting how good a life he has.š
A lot of the side characters are filled with good, reputable actors. The OST singers, the cast and everything else points to the fact that they’re aiming for ‘Drama of the Year’.
She obviously still very much in love with her, but she couldn’t protect him from her family.
But wow, what a good start. Looks like this gonna be my new drama to look forward to.

First, never feel sorry for the photocopier. Looking at their relationship, I understand why they ended that way. They never really dated, or loved each other for long time. Her family is worst. He disappointed me when he forgot about the divorce after he learn she is dying? He is that materialistic, he want to stay with that family after she die? I don’t think she is dying. I guess she find out that he will want a divorce. Right now he is errand boy for the family. Pathetic figure.

I havenāt watched such a good first episode in f a kdrama in a hot minute. The writers, the actors, the directors they all came together to give us this beautiful drama. I love Kim Soo Hyun being back in his comedy bag. Heās killing this role already. When he said my cuteness ruined my life, I couldnāt stop laughing. Iām excited for the rest of the episodes. I canāt wait to see Hae In with Hyun Wooās family. Omgggg the Hongs are crazy, tbh I really didnāt feel too bad about the son-in-laws doing all the memorial service works bc itās always the opposite in typical Korean society lol. Both Soo Hyun and Ji Won are doing an amazing job as a married couple. HW is a breath of fresh air in HI life.
I do feel like HW side of the story is not how things happened and are happening right now. HI seems cold and distant, but I have a feeling that she protects him from her family behind the scenes and handles things. She obviously doesn’t let people think or talk bad about him (the brother scene and interview scene prove that).
Also, I wonder how she convinced her family to accept him… That lady Grace also knows way too much about her life, but for some reason HI doesn’t even look at her.
Hope they show us her side of the story in the following episodes and I hope she doesn’t die š

I am not into the chaebols drama as many people are even though it absolutely is true cause its South Korea, of course.
Anyway ML’s character is quite pathetic and I don’t like that. (my reaction would’ve been the same if it was reversed), and it may be a comedy setup but ML is literally going through domestic abuse.
I didn’t want to be the one but I’m out.

That was…woww!! So much happened in a single episode.The cast is stellar to be honest. Even the supporting characters are some solid people.
The cameo of Moon Sang Tae was a surprise. Man had to call his wife to tell her how happy he is after hearing our ML’s story. To be honest, I know we were supposed to laugh at this situation but Kim Soo hyun’s acting is already so good that I feel so sorry for him. She looks like she still loves him and I am waiting for POV so bad although it is just the 1st episode because that’s how miserable the ML looked. The whole family is batsh!t crazy. And what’s worse nobody tells him to just go for it. He literally has no one on his side. Poor guyš„²
So chaotic. So funny. The gender roles are reversed.It makes me wonder if she’s really dying. And why get married in the first place if she’s like that?
EVERYONE WELCOME TO “WORLD OF THE MARRIED” š (pun intended) plus royal family.
Hyun-Woo and Haein marriage is so far depressing but I think there is more than meets the eye. My question is how long did these 2 date before marriage plus what exactly were they talking about in those dates. Some of the stuff they are going through in their marriage might have been changed if they had a proper talk (then again, when do they even talk in Kdramas). It’s easy to place blame sorely on the Queens family but I think both sides are at fault and really Divorce is a easy way out if you have not even tried to work things through in your marriage (my opinion).
I’m actually intrigued by this drama and will be tuning in for now.
My only prayer is I hope Kim Ji Won’s wardrobe slays the same throughout the drama.
