  1. I’m so happy that I can be invested in a crime drama once again. I adore the second couple, I just know they’re gonna be the cutest. Also, random thought, but I think the youngest member in the teams’ gf is gonna be involved in a case soon cos she was shown on screen (i feel like that’s usually how it works).

  6. My speculations so far:

    We know that our subconscious will hide memories if they are too hurtful to bear. So I guess that maybe his mum didn’t die from that car accident, maybe it’s his dad who killed her and his subconscious has hidden that painful memory and he thought that his mum died from that car accident.

    Maybe his hyung and secretary somehow knows about it. They feel sorry for him thus they treat him so kindly. Maybe the secretary “cleaned up” the crime scene for his dad and camouflaged it as a suicide case. Maybe his hyung had overheard their conversation or something (his hyung looked old enough to understand things that time).

    If that woman in the water isn’t his mum, his dad killed another woman and he accidentally saw it. But the possibility on that woman being his mum is more as it seems to have happened in his old house thus his dad asked “someone” whether he will recall his memory if he went back there to live. Plus it would be more traumatic for him if he saw his dad killed his mum rather than other random woman.

    We saw his childhood only with his mum living in a brokendown house with rain leaking in means that his dad never care about them although he is certainly rich enough to do so. After he accidentally saw the murder of that woman or his mum and has selective amnesia, only then his dad brought him back home, to keep him close in case he recalls that murder.

    I guess later as the mystery reveal bit by bit he may have to investigate on his dad and try to apprehend him for this murder case. But his higher-up or the FL might try to keep him out of it since he is his direct family.

  7. LOL I would have been screaming like Isoo when he saw the rat. I had a mouse in my apartment once and I was acting the damn fool and screaming like a crazy person!! I like how Isoo tries to looks at the whole picture. Gang Hyun is still annoying but she is starting to soften up to my guy!

    I know everyone thinks Jin Young like Gang Hyun but I think he likes the coroner and vice versa.

  8. Why do I get the feeling that his mom didn’t die in a car accident like he thinks she did. I think she died by suicide in that house in the bathtub from drowning or maybe murdered. I think that’s why he had that vision of the victim from the first case in water and why he hesitated going to the bathroom when he first moves back into that house.

    Was she flirting with him during an autopsy?!? That woman is dangerous. LoL!!!

  9. Plot hole alert :

    Dead for 10 hours but found by the visitors? Shouldn’t the gallery staffs had found him 1st? Isn’t it proper procedure for the staff to do a thorough check before the gallery’s opening, everyday?

    I wish this show would continue like those American TV shows like Blue Blood, CSI, etc. because the format of a case every 2 episodes is nice, it doesn’t ride on 1 big case but series of cases, that somehow I think connected with each other, like The Mentalist.

    Of course you never see him date bcos he’s head over heels for you dear team leader!

    WAIT! He moved back into his childhood home! They are connected since birth!!!! Neighbours when little!!! Mommy gonna go gaga for him to be son in law!!!!!
    Officer Junyoung gonna betray the team!! The plot thickens!!! Team maknae will find out and either get killed or seriously injured!!!

    His mother was killed by a car. A CEO of Hansu left his position to be a butler, especially for In Soo? I smell guilt of murdering his mother hanging on Mr.. Choi’s conscience……… now which one of his master ordered it, The politician to erase his weakness, the wife out of jealousy or the eldest son from pressure of seeing his mother and father fighting because of another woman.

  10. I wonder who is his father texting to asking whether he would recover his memories? Maybe a psychiatrist or psychologist? So the ML has amnesia as well? I have a wild guess that his father isn’t his real father… maybe he actually has a father before his age of 7 but has amnesia after seeing his mum died in front of him. Then for some reason his current father took him in n told him that he is his father.

    I certainly don’t like FL’s mum just barging into someone else’s house just like that …. That is just so rude even if she’s the town head.

    The moment he turned his back to the artist’s assistant after saying about his signature on that painting I was like oh no why are you turning your back towards a murder suspect? Then he got hit. I knew it. 🤕

    P.S. I thought usually detectives work in pairs during their investigation but what I’m seeing here is that the detectives in Team 1 work alone? Why?

  11. Can we have a male lead in a kdrama who is rich and badass without the childhood trauma??? like plssss I’m so done with this trope. On the other hand, I’m loving this drama especially love jin isoo’s character i hope he never gets hurt😭 why am i feeling so attached to his character???

  12. Jin Isoo has the patience of a saint….had it been me and someone came unannounced, oh sorry, not “came” but “Barged” into my home and started exploring the floors, GOD knows what I’d done!!! I mean u dun welcome your own self into someone’s house, and the “Introduction” she gave, she should’ve done that at the gate and then asked him if she can come in, quite a lack of basic manners and etiquettes for a VILLAGE MASTER…..

  20. Until this ep, all the things that happened in the drama are very cliche. Next we gonna have her in pretty cloth and people gonna go wow she is so pretty bla bla bla. All the cases are predictable too. But its an easy watch so imma stick with this drama.

    also in my opinion, this 2 episodes were more fun then the last episodes!

  22. OK, so this is Korean Castle? Instead of famous writer , we have chaebol. There is also pathologist. And she and one of the policeman are interested in each other? I Don’t like the ML new house. It is so outdated, and where he will park all his BMWs now?

  27. God the talent to be able to flirt during autopsy, imagine if she has any ordinary job, she would be unstoppable. FL car reminds me of soon to be Rebecca from Waikiki lol. Both FL and ML cars are such accurate description of their personality. FL car is rough and tough, get the job done type, Idgaf. While ML car, need a little high maintenance to keep around but gives great comfort, will make you feel good. Just like them.

  28. The house Jin Insoo moved in has nice and warm colors. He didn’t get the proper training to be a detective/cop but his hunch never lies and as he was the one to find again the real culprit.
    His step mother “suffered” a lot of his mother. Was she behind Jin Isoo’s mother’s death???
    I think his brother feels guilty somehow about him….

  29. In these types of cases, its always the assistant. Like I wasn’t even surprised. I am sometimes scared for people studying art.
    This is fun but the both the cases isn’t something I haven’t seen before and of course I guessed correctly, like you all probably.
