  1. I’ve heard of the good wife, but to say Kai is a good Fiance is an understatement. He’s more of a perfect husband to me, lol.. Although Hiro might not feel it, there’s so much romance happening between them right now. Their chemistry and attraction is on fire. I love how Kai goes out of his way to do the little things he knows Hiro likes from their childhood scenes. So sweet! Of course, as in any case when everything is going well, too perfect, there’s always a 90% chance that a major dick will stumble in to kill what would have been a great date night for our lovable Kai/Hiro. GRR! That bastard supervisor or whatever rained on their parade and I want him gone! Sooo looking forward to whatever kind of date night they have and of course their first kiss. Food looks delicious too in the series. Kai/Hiro definitely zoomed up on my must watch bl list. Happy Monday/Week Ahead!

  2. I can see how ‘boss being on a power trip’ trope still reflects Japanese reality at the workplace and therefore it might be perceived as a tried and tested recipe for success in dramas. However, instead of endlessly promoting this social context status quo, the movie industry should try to bring on some changes and also educate not only attempt to entertain. Not that it’s entertaining to constantly watch bullying, harassment and exploitation at the workplace .. a script with a more empowered M/FL and more supportive co-workers standing their ground and confronting the harasser based on employees and/or human rights would bring more dynamics and diversity to the plot and overall more freshness to the cinematic vision.
The ML lead looks inane at work and lacking a spine overall. The movie makers(Japanese and other asians with similar cultures) should stop already depicting especially young generations as loosers, like there’s no hope of change for the future …

  3. Me, myself and I, whenever the boss supervisor shows up to ruin everything. 🙄 Oh boy, here we go again. He needs a punch, to stop crossing that line. Incredible how he only picks on Hiro for the job huh 🤨 biased isn’t he. No wonder Hiro has been depressed and stressed about work. 😫 He has been given task after task of workload and insanely short deadlines…

  4. Disappointed again! But this time, let’s blame the ‘Power Harassing’ boss. , let’s arrange for that hit list and only him on the list for that matter😠 For standing in between beautiful relationship of two childhood ‘friends’

  5. Argh! 😠 I want him on the Hit List. 🎯

🥹 Kai is such a pitiful child, an orphan and now homeless. The store owner was probably like a father figure and the store was his shelter. I believe that the son of the shop owner is jealous of Kai and he wants to keep Kai away from his dad.

😕 Since this is a short series, I really really want to see Kai and Hiro as lovers soon. 🙏

  6. Not Kai inviting Hiro to take a bath with him and hiro panicking if i was Hiro i would have said yes ….
Hiro going to work early so he could do his tasks and leave on time to go to the festival with Kai and he still couldn’t be on time cause of his supervisor ….hiro i will free you
