  1. I must admire the beauty of fl. She looked the prettiest of all. It’s really hard like almost impossible fr everyone to look so pretty in that costume. I haven’t seen one in a long tym like I don’t even remember seeing. I wish to see her in many dramas

  2. Awwwww m in tears 😭😭😭😭πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯ΉπŸ₯ΉπŸ₯Ήβ€¦. It seemed nearly impossible to win coz khitan guys looked gigantic like straight out of horror scene. Wt a fantastic show πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» casts n crews of this drama πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ«‘πŸ«‘

This z my fvrt historical of all tym. This victory felt personal πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯ΉπŸ₯ΉπŸ₯Ή. M truly greatful fr everyone who took part in producing this masterpiece n honoured to watch it.

  3. Superb production!! Highly recommended to every citizen of the world. The selfless and genuine love and respect for country and mankind!!

  4. Thank you , this is one of a few drama that make me cry which not melo drama genre.. Congrats to the producer and team

  5. Highly recommended if anyone is thinking should they watch. GREAT WATCH!

To think some people feel this is a boring drama. I wish they had continued it till the very end to see how mightily the Goryeo people fought and fought resiliently to the end. MY UTMOST RESPECT to the Goryeo commander who eventually lived to the age of 84 whilst the emperor died young. He must have died due to the toll of all of these since he took over the country when he was very young. I am glad he had a son form the unexpected wife that even made a big contribution in her own way.

THIS IS AN AMAZING DRAMA and directed beautifully. KUDOS to the production team especially all the great cast. And also to those who subbed it for us. I will forever remember this drama and it is highly on top of my rewatching drama no doubt!

  6. HANDS DOWN…NO QUESTION…THE BEST SAGUEK I’VE EVER SEEN!!!! AND PROBABLY EVER WILL!!!! I need the same writer, producer and director to do all the saguek from here on out, unless its fictional.
The facts at the end just put an extra dose of reality on it.. I look back and say ‘wow…these were real people facing these real life obstacles with so much courage and resilience!’ It made me feel like this war eventually took a toll on everyone, with the King, Kang Chan and the Khitan Emperor dying in the same year… so sad the King died young..I was really hoping they showed pictures of the real people. I admire everyone that risked their lives in the fight, especially the civilians, never being in battle before. Thats a huge step to make!
WHAT AM I GONNA DO WITH MYSELF NEXT WEEK??!!! 😫

  7. The finale was truly amazing, it brought me to tears.
Impressive fighting battle, it showed how much the Korean army was prepared not only with different weapons but strategic tactics for every possible scenario, and coordination.
This drama is a remarkable and unforgettable masterpiece, everything was just perfect, from the storyline, the cast, the acting, the cinematography. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ
It set the bar very high for historical dramas.
I was expecting a hug between the Emperor and Kang Cham Gan… he finally was able to let him go, to rest and enjoy peaceful retirement with his wife.

  8. One of the few drama that do the battle scene correctly………Cannot understand why he don’t attack Khitan with Song??? As if Khitan wont get revenge once they recovered. What a wasted opportunity…..

  9. Getting to 84 in those times is some feat, I think.
He was truly a child of God/Buddha.

I thought it was a good drama (7.5/10) and I was especially impressed by the acting of Lee Shi-a, Ji Seunghun, Kim Jun-bae and Lee Won Jung.
Of course, Choi Soo jung ruled but he had a lot to work with

  10. Very emotional ending for me. I loved this, but then, I am all in for sageuk of all kind and I love manly men. Some great ones in this for sure.
I didn’t get the best screenshot of the Goryeo battle flag, but I tried. This is it beside my tattoo of Hyeongmu; the black turtle snake, god of the north. I took my tattoo from a cave painting seen in JUMONG. (I have 4 tattoos commemorating sageuk)

  11. Probably the best historical series I’ve ever watched in a while
Definitely with its flaws, but it’s still a very good drama regardless. Give it a try
