  1. this episode was all over the place and didn’t make sense at all. They didn’t have the hyi-yeon’s mother confront that bitch mother of Jiwon which was such an iconic moment. Again why is it that Jihyeok’s father cheated on his mother with hui-yeon’s mother? They had such a good bonding in the webtoon but this show entirely ruined it. The whole Yura plot is unnecessary and dragging. Again there was no need to give angst between the main couple. Again the grandfather was such a cool kickass dude in the webtoon. Loved his character there but here we are dealing with a passive grandpa who doesn’t see his grandson’s happiness as a priority. I am disappointed in the way this episode went.

    Lastly I didn’t understand Hui-yeon’s speech in front of jiwon defending his brother? Like what did she mean when she said he was marrying cause of her? WHAT THE HELL

  5. Their dating era was so short lived, i think none of us were ready for such a turn of events in this episode. I only read the webtoon so i really was not expecting this ex-fiance plot, she is crazy just like Su Min!! In the webtoon it was actually Su Min who
    tried to kill Ji Won and Ji Hyeok gets hit by a car whilst trying to save her    I don’t understand the need for an extra villian, the cheating couple were enough. I’d rather want to see more development in Ju-Ran and Hui Yeon’s story. Hate seeing the leads away from each other bring these scenes back 🙁

  6. What a way to ruin a kdrama, everything was amazing so far but this??? Nah this is bullshit, the Yura lady was in then webtoon BUT SHE WAS IRRELEVANT! Who the f decided to include this drama??? There are still many things in the webtoon that they could have add but they chose to create a whole new and useless, senseless drama just to drag the plot for other 6 eps???? Terrible decision.

  7. Waaah they could’ve just made it a 12 ep drama.Park min and su min suffering in their marriage life and yu ji hyuk and ji won with their newfound love .This plot dragging was totally unnecessary.

    And wtf with all that in this ep! ji hyuk broke up the engagement.It’s a done deal.It doesn’t even make sense for ji won to feel cheated when he diesn’t even have a fiance!

  10. I dont like the actions FL took in this episode, but it isn’t right to hate her character just bcos of it. I believe that she is gaslighting herself, bcos gaslight is a form of defense mechanism, which is not healthy, but happens when you have been subjected to it most of your life.

    If it is absolutely necessary to hate on smone, I think it’ll be the crazy ex-fiancee who is stirring up these things with the married couple of cheaters and even going as far as to kill other people.
    I hope the Grandpa corrects himself on how the crazy ex-fiancee is a good person when he learns that she caused ML’s accident.

    I’ve only read the webtoon and I really liked how it went there. But I also loved the initial changes that were made in the drama, possibly cos it was following the novel.

    So, although I didnt quite like today’s episode, I’m thinking of trusting the writers and directors to see what happens in the next episode. Afterall they didnt disappoint us before and this isnt the end as well.
    The only hard work is waiting till next week …

    And about the preview of next episode, I think that every scene they showed were the events that led upto the truck-kun situation, starting from when the crazy ex-fiancee met Park Minhwan. The only scene which was after the accident must be when the ML is being rushed to the hospital.

I knew that his 1st life’s accident was related to his family fiancée issue… the obsessed “ex” must have stalked him till jiwon’s funeral, and decided to give the orders….. like how she injures or maybe even kill all the women related to him. And like I guessed, now jiwon’s “BFF”, her ex, and the ex fiancée starts to plot against her. 1 to take money from her, another 2 to kill her

  18. I think I have whiplash after watching yesterday’s episode and now today’s. I mean, where is her ‘we will get through any regrets together’ spirit?! I understand her childhood upbringing has heavily influenced her, but she didn’t even give him a chance to explain, and when he did, it made sense to me. And then, his sister explained the ex-finance’s crazy even more! She bloodies and beats people?!

    There seems to be so much they have to wrap up now, and they’re still adding in more plot-lines based on the preview. Adding in the mom now too… only scenes I enjoyed was her knowing exactly what her mother was up to and calling her out on it at the end, and not shrinking to Yura’s intimidation when they met.

    I haven’t read the webtoon or novel, but there seems to still be so much emphasis on her friend & ex, when clearly her fate transferred to her co-worker. What happened after Lee saw that? Did he follow her in his car?

    I don’t want to waste time on this finance thing. I want them to stay together, COMMUNICATE and face everything together the rest of the series. I hate breakups based on “I’m doing what’s best for you, or because it’s the right thing to do” (when it’s really not).

    And, REALLY?! A white truck of doom? What decade is this? I almost laughed, but I didn’t because of what was happening, but it really was quite distracting from the severity of the situation.

    My blood pressure is high. I need something sweet and fluffy to watch now, like yesterday’s episode 😭

  20. Oops they completely ruined the drama and Ji Won’s behaviour is a total disappointment. Poor Ji Hyuk.- This is all I have gathered from the comments.glad I didn’t watch it. Probably will when the drama finishes airing. My blood pressure doesn’t deserve that.

  22. Oh wow! I the made some major changes for the remaining episodes compared to the webtoon so I’m actually looking forward to it. BoA is playing this character really well that I’m starting to wonder if we’ve finally been able to see a small peak into her real personality.
    No I wonder what the grandfather is going to do now that ML has been attacked by truck-kun courtesy of Yura.
    I’m glad FL sussed out her mom from the start and stood up for herself, I prefer this version to the webtoon.
    Although I do wonder if like the webtoon Somin will still off her crazy MiL, if they’ll find out she’s not pregnant and how they’ll introduce the whole low sperm count thing for the ex

Contrary to the popular opinion that they are overcomplicating things with yura, l think it was needed not necessary yes but it was hinted earlier l mean he broke the engagement and still relied on her to clear up the scandal about that power tripping director n get their meal kit deal back on track, l thought it was a given that yura was gonna turn up somewhere and it also gives yu ji hyuk a story of his own, he cant just be someone always ready to help jiwon at all times, things were happening in his life too before her death n everything. I am a bit disappointed in grandpa today and atleast somin can stand up for herself against her mother-in-law. I also think a lot of us misinterpreted jiwon’s statement of saying ‘ending it one sided doesn’t mean it’s over’ for me l did not read that as her contradicting herself after her break up with minhwan but l understood as though she says just because you ended it doesn’t mean that it over for yura cause she remembered how she saw her father go after her mom in the rain only to hide in tears after seeing her happy with another man and we really can’t blame her cause the doesn’t know the jiyhuk’s breakup was mutual

  30. once again, I didn’t read the webtoon, so I don’t care what happens there and any discrepancy between. so adding the ex-fiance are still fine to me, and yeah this episode are fine,
    but what’s makes me disappointed are, why FL tough ML making an excuse, it didn’t makes sense to me, and no one would lol. they are freaking calls off engagement lady, accept the fact and be happy with him.
    second, what the f, is with killing of FL with truck of doom for. only pshycopath would do that.
    writer nim pshycopath is abysmally rare in this world, you can’t just summon a pshycopath randomly like that.

  31. Yura is a cheap addition for the sake of “special appearance”. There’s a better way to freshen up the plot. Please don’t drag this out 🤮 and forget about other existing characters that are far more interesting and in need of follow-up and closure (Ms. Yang and her loser husband, Mr. Lee, Eunho, Heeyeon).

    Sumin has been doing a great job as a villain and she is still stirring up a storm at this point, why add a new character and break away from the main plot?

    Song Ha Yoon has been robbed. Her screentime is down the drain. She’s one of the reasons and characters that has kept all of us glued to the drama but all of a sudden, our attention shifted. Somebody must have lobbied like hell to get cast.

    I mean, Sumin could have done that too if the writer was aiming for this kinda development (attempted murder of FL, ML’s sacrifice). For example, Sumin went ballistic after realizing that she ended up with trash while Jiwon with a rich man so she tried to kill Jiwon …

  33. NO YOU CAN’T BE SERIOUS. WTF. Ji-hyuk must survive until the end or make him come back again dammit. To be honest, this episode was annoying for the most part but I understand it’s unrealistic for everything to suddenly go smoothly for Ji-won, hence the ex-fiancee part. But the only part I liked this episode was when she exposed her mother and refused to give her money. I really hope Min-hwan and Su-min will get the hell they deserve in the remaining episodes coz they ain’t suffering enough at this point. And also Yu-ra of course coz she’s another sicko like Su-min. Just put those two together and let them destroy each other for goodness’ sake. What a cliffhanger to this week’s episodes.

  37. The only bout of satisfaction I had in this episode was when Ji-won stood up to Yu-ra and did not Yu-ra speak down on her. They introduced his ex-fiance who turns out she is also a maniac and crazier than Soo Min. She tries to rile things up by using the people around Jo-Won, that does not work so the next plan is to kill her? Pathetic.

    I hope Ji Won will fight for her man!! She is his ex-fiance for a reason, she does not get to stake her claim on a man she never wanted. I am shocked she just accepted it and broke it off with him.

    I knew her mom was up to no good! It was very vile watching her reach out just for money

  44. General opinion: This episode is frustrating, specifically JIWON, gurl pull yourself together.
    – What?! You could thrive without him? Na-ah you’re wrong miss, without his undying support all this time to help you you can’t do anything. You’re courage wasn’t enough to do the revenge. If it wasn’t for JIHYUK pulling the strings for her, she couldn’t get her revenge.
    – Poor JIHYUK. He can’t even explain himself. Bro crying to his grandpa made me sad. He’s good at enduring things, despite all the bad things happened to him. Fighting YOO JIHYUK!
    – SUMIN on the top. She’s so cunning she got MIL and MINHWAN under her wraps. God HAYOON I love you. Your role in Fight my way is a 180° change to this role. From “cheated” to “cheater”.
    – MINHYUK crying over a fake “miscarriage”. Serves him right.
    – YURA is just crazy batshit. I think BoA is a miscast. She looks older than the main lead, even though her and PMY are the same age. The overlip trend wasn’t popular in 2014 though. It was bothering. She’s good but not the best for the role. She made my blood boil, so I think it’s ok.
    – The grandpa must be literally blind. How can he say that YURA’s a good kid. He needs to get his glasses change.
    – YUIHYEON, our babygurl. She’s so sweet. She’s trying to help her brother and KJW to get together, even though at the expense to reveal her family secret. Despite the truth being a sensitive and uncomfortable subject for her, she still did it, because she loves her brother and felt sorry for him and also to KJW. She’s so precious.
    -It was expected. KJW’s mother was trash. We could see it from miles away by just indulging herself with materialistic things. Glad that KJW had see through her from the get-go. In the manhwa this role of the bad mother was JIHYUK’S stepmom, but this change was a welcome change for me.
    – Jang Yuran will get the surgery and dump that trash of husband of her.
    – Rooting for the HR manager. Why he still not on the AHJUICYs list edit on tiktok?!🤌🏻

  62. The plot of this k-drama is so good (maybe because it’s an adaptation). From the change to the future, where the mistress gets to experience the harshness of being a wife underneath a narcissistic family, but also working as karma towards both the mother and the son. Ji-hwan never had that sort of manipulation, which is why she couldn’t overcome the family. And then we have Ji-hwan unsure of what to do about her boyfriend’s fiance because she had never come to this point of her life before so she couldn’t plan ahead. I must say his fiance is way too smug for my liking and needs to mind the business that pays her. There’s also no prominent second lead couple but I like how it’s heading with the woman who got cancer and her non-chalant co-worker. The fact her husband is a repetition of Ji-hwan’s ex shows a similarity in the cycle. Overall, I like where the plot is going.

Ji-Hyeok has been unwavering all this time, I thought their bond by now was stronger but to see Ji-Won crumble and throw away her happiness, give up on Ji-Hyeok so easily over someone he so evidently does not love and broke off the engagement long before they even got together was a little disappointing. I wish they could have handled the ex together without this convoluted break-up cause the woman is seriously unhinged.

  66. after this fiancee entry, whole flow of show seemed to be shooked..they should have continued the drama with Su Min & Min Hwan story only..there was no need for ex & making a beautiful story into complicated drama..
    reminds me of our Indian Itv dramas…where when leads wants to confess finally…they add unnecessary drama & make it super complicated & leads wont confess for another 2-3 yrs…& add all stupid characters in the show & make the drama with infinite numbers…

  71. Throughout this entire episode I have been trying to understand where Ji won is coming from with the ex fiance drama but i seriously can’t…. What is she even doing at this point.

    Like Ji hyuk clearly explained to her that this was an arranged marriage of the rich and he broke it off its not like she was his affair partner or something either… So what’s up with her??????

    Also I haven’t read neither the webtoon nor the webnovel but I wish we didn’t get this ex fiance character she’s not likeable AT ALL. At least Minhwan and sumin were fun to watch.

  74. The minute FL’s mom slunk back into her life, I knew she had an agenda and I’m so glad at least in this instance FL wasn’t an idiot and absolutely saw through her. FL got what she always wanted and then drew the line in the sand so hopefully that woman won’t try to cling to FL.

I like this drama a lot but gotta agree with some of the comments in discussion here, WTF!… Like I would have been ok with the ending after getting those two jerks married to each other but throwing in that nutcase of ex fiancé is ridiculous I get it views and all but doesn’t it get old! Like how is it ok to have an ex fiancé do so much damage to a relationship that is real compared to what wasn’t! So much for making JiWon strong in her new life if she’s going to let an ex fiancé ruin her chance at happiness! Also can we stop with the it’s a big truck moving towards your car for a good minute and you do nothing about it! This was going really good… but this episode was crap! Yes I’m still going to watch need closure!

    Without a doubt this gives a great movement to the last chapters, but WTF!

    Yu-ra must should be in prison at this point! Poor rich child: “It’s mine, don’t touch it” just go tho hell!

    And our protagonist: Girl, please… You have another chance, you survived death and you think you have a horrible destiny… That was before, now you are here to change it. Come on!

I believe Yang will be cured of stomach caner because Jiwon is there to support her mentally, emotionally and physically, which Jiwon lacked in her previous life and she knows this first hand because she never got the support in her past life. I think the writers thought ” Okay, I think we need to save the curses for Su Min’s character for the last couple episode so let’s give someone else for the viewers to hate” and thus Yu-Ra was introduced. I mean I understand that Ji won was flustered initially because she didn’t know about the ex-fiancee but that man deserved a chance to explain himself which he got after HE made the move. But the whole conversation screamed hypocrisy. You had a fiancee who was just as crazy. He sided with you. Then she goes to say “iT dOeSn’T eNd iF iT iS oNe-SiDeD” girl!!! What else was he supposed to do?? Scream it in the roads? Put a billboard sign?? Like, the amount of frustration I felt episode!!!
    Then comes the grandfather. Yu-ra( I mean I guess all Yu-ra’s are crazy as hell??!! Perfect marriage revenge fans, where you at?) is a good girl?? Can’t you see your grandson breaking down in front of you??? I felt so bad for Ji Hyuk this whole episode.The end kinda felt like he has decided to give everything up. This was never so one-sided in their relationship in the webtoon.
    I better see some character developement Ms.Ji Won cause he stood with you throughout your suffering. Its time you gave back the same energy. Fight your demons and become strong.I know you can do this. I am rooting for you!!
    I was also so moved by Hui-Yeon. The desperation in her voice when she spilled her secrets. She is such a great actor!!! Love you girl!!❤️

    Episode 1-8 the drama will be quite interesting
    Episode 8-12 the leads will be together
    Episode 12-14 angsty progression
    15-16 they come together after melodramatic struggle and have a happy ending

  95. I like it when interesting shows have 16 episodes, but I’m against overcomplicating things for the sake of a few extra episodes.

    I think that the character of Ji Hyeok’s ex-fiancée is superfluous in the whole story, there is enough material with the characters we met in the first ten episodes. This episode changed 90% of the events from the webtoon (and while I’ve praised all the changes they’ve made so far), I think building tension on a love triangle, with yet another psychotic person, is absolutely unnecessary (grandpa was such a cool character in the webtoon, but it looks like things won’t go smoothly here) .

    I liked how Ji Won put the person who gave birth to her where she belongs. In the webtoon, Ji Hyeok and his stepmother had that role,a very well written part, but I must admit that I also liked this development of the situation. I hope they don’t drag out the story with the ex-fiancée to the end, because Ji Won and Ji Hyeok’s relationship is too beautiful and pure, to put it to such cheap temptations.

  100. I know they are trying to increase the number of episodes but common! FL was so much better in manhwa. They did her dirty here.
    I just want Sumin to go crazy (not that she isn’t right now, but more crazy), those scumbags MinHwan and his mother to go to hell. And out 3 couples together.
    P.S. I didn’t like that senior manager couple in manhwa much, but in drama version I like her with that HR manager (right hand of chairman).

  102. The fl is such a turn off here. He’s lifted her up but she puts him down. Does she not think? If you think about it, I don’t think he got married to anyone in his previous life either, if he did she would’ve known that at least. She’s panicking and being unfair to him. He’s liked her since uni, and she KNOWS that, she WAS dating Minhwan, so even if he had a fiancee set up by his family, she has no right to blame him. Plus he clearly broke it off when or before they dated.

  103. no matter the situation, without her the fl wouldn’t have been so emotionally stable cuz if you remember she’s the one who forced her (i mean gave her the courage cuz she was hesitating at first) to attend the reunion, dressed her up, changed the style, set her up, supported her… man i really wish this ex fiancee arc is soon over…. lol they did so much change in adapting the manhwa but couldn’t change a draggy cliche which could potentially drop the ratings 🙁

    also she had the courage to say she changed her life on her own… goddamit pls dont make me hate her, and thats why i was thinking why everything was going too smoothly

  108. Su-min reminds me of an old movie called “Single White Female”, a female befriended another woman, admires her so much that she changed her looks to exactly the same and starts to integrate into that friend’s life, just like what Su-min did.

    BTW, had been seeing BoA for long that I didn’t realize she’s the same age as Park Min-young, she’s been in the industry for so long that I thought she’s older.
