1. So that’s how weak willed Woo Jin is in the past and present when he couldn’t trust both women he loved. He couldn’t trust.Ji Woo when the fake rumours about his child spread and can’t trust su Jeong either. I’d have to say that he is better off with Hye Ra.

3. ⚠ Spoilers Ahead!

   Let me get this off my chest before I dive into the takeaways from this episode. I am imploding with hate for the Joo brothers. Both are useless idiots who have no ambitions or goals except craving over a p..sy. Ok, now that is off my chest, let’s begin.

   Doggie officially starts his chaebol life, as part of deal which he ahd made with the old fart, Grandma Chaebol, to save his ’sarang’-forever. Do I give him credit for this? NO. His decision to officially join the Joo clan should not be hinged on his wanting to save a p..sy but rather, motivated by ambitions and to make a better life for himself and his mom who should take priority over everyone else.

   Wimp’s solution was to hit the bottle and come home drunk. Hello? He could have made a deal with Grandma, like agreeing to marry a girl from a chaebol family which will benefit the Masung Group. Instead, he had fallen into the clutches of the psycho, Hye-Ra, who is a criminal. She is pure evil. He took credit for saving Dumb Blondie but keeping quiet when she thanked him. He could have done the honourable thing by fessing up that it was Doggie who got her out. Well, he is a man with no honour, he is a wimp.

   Also, I do not understand why Wimp is hostile towards his biological mom and brother. His brother, I may understand as he looked at him as the competitor in love, fighting over Dumb Blondie. He is a killer, having killed Ha-Min’s mom because he doubted that Ha-Min is his biological daughter. From what we can see from that short scene, it was more likely a case of accidental death, at most involuntary manslaughter.

   Meanwhile, Grandma Chaebol treated the whole thing like a game between her and Mdm Satan; she created two teams – Team Old fart – she and Doggie and Team Satan – Mdm Satan and Wimp. Hello? Both are her biological grandsons while Mdm Satan is the outsider. So the old fart is the loser whichever team wins. Stupidity runs in the family, it is in the genes.

4. Hhmmm…. So Woo Jin has a hell of a past the he is still dealing with apparently & I suppose it explains his character a bit. However he still needs to grow a pair & use his common sense too… sheesh…
   Su Jeong for my part dodged a bullet when Woo Jin decided to call it quits. I wish Eui Ju good luck for her sake and his mother’s.
   I would really love to see the CEO, Ms. Choi and Ms. Choi’s mother & father really start getting a good kick from karma for their bad deeds… smh.

6. SPOILER ALERT

   UJ scolds SJ who is crying. SJ doesn’t understand why KMY betrayed her. UJ stated that this was all HR’s doing. He saw HR smiling as the police took SJ away.
   UJ said don’t be too weak. Once she is free, look into it and put them all away.
   UJ asks UJ to look after YJW. UJ states he will make sure SJ will be free soon, so don’t worry. He believes in SJ, so SJ believes in him too.

   UJ remembers his conversation with Grandma. Once he moves in, Grandma will immediately arrange for SJ’s release. UJ decided he’d better move on. Straight ahead.

   YJW was lost in thought. UJ states it will be fine, so YJW doesn’t worry. YJW refuses to eat.
   UJ stated that he would move to the Masung family’s house, with the reason that LYA wanted to live there to be close to JHM. They will move tomorrow. YJW was shocked and confused. UJ apologizes. YJW understands that condition.

   UJ asked, LYA wanted to move if she was with UJ. UJ states they are moving tomorrow.
   Grandma asked the maid to clean the second floor living room and JSP’s study room. She reprimanded WJ for coming home drunk. She scolds MKH for making the engagement announcement.
   MKH stated that HR was the best choice compared to SJ. WJ also agrees. She asked Grandma to ignore WJ for a while. Grandma agrees. Grandma taunts MKH, all MKH’s manipulations will probably make WJ explode….

   UJ was restless and couldn’t sleep. SJ remembers the previous incident and HR’s words.
   They are all sad. UJ salutes YJW and thanks him. LYA asks YJW to make sure to eat on time. YJW asked LYA to take care of herself, LYA can contact him at any time. LYA promised to come visit. YJW cried when he saw them leaving. YJW cried again when he read LYA’s message…

   Grandma stated that UJ and LYA moved today. MKH is confused and upset. WJ held back his anger.
   MKH protests, Grandma should discuss it with her. Grandma scolds MKH for not discussing WJ’s engagement. Grandma states that according to MKH’s request, she will ignore WJ. MKH doesn’t comment on what she does.
   From now on the Home Shopping business will have two directors. MKH looks after WJ, she looks after UJ. That would make it fair.

   JHM is very enthusiastic because LYA will live in this house.
   WJ taunts UJ. In the end UJ left SJ. He doesn’t be proud. Even though UJ moved, UJ’s condition is the same.
   UJ meets Grandma. Grandma promises to release SJ soon. Grandma is curious, UJ states SJ and YJW saved his and LYA’s lives so he came to this world safely. He must repay the favor. Grandma asked UJ to concentrate on what he was going to do.

   HR was very surprised and stunned when MKH introduced UJ as the New Director, UJ is WJ’s younger brother.
   HR was very nervous when introducing UJ in front of all Staffs. They were all shocked and confused.

   MKH asks WJ not to care about anything and move on. Grandma takes UJ’s side. She asked WJ to forget SJ and immediately get engaged to HR. WJ states he can’t do that.
   HR scolds JMC for not informing her beforehand. They are upset because SJ will be released.

   MKH took WJ to Jung Ji Woo (JJW) (JHM’s mom) ashes home. JJW was accused of being pregnant with someone else’s child….
   WJ was sad and cried, he killed JJW. MKH covered it. He couldn’t forget it.
   MKH emphasized that WJ should leave the past behind here. Think about the future. That was the only way she could stay by WJ’s side.
   Before leaving, MKH states that SJ will be released today, because UJ is meeting Grandma.

   WJ became very weak.
   Flash back. WJ stated to JJW that he wanted to test the fetus’s paternity. JJW insists that this baby is theirs. He pushed JJW to the ground. JJW was immediately rushed to the hospital. WJ contacted MKH.

   WJ remembers HR’s words to let SJ go.

   At the end of the episode, SJ was released because she had strong connections. SJ thinks it was WJ who freed her. (WJ is a coward, he doesn’t deny SJ’s words).
   WJ apologized, he broke off their relationship. SJ agrees. SJ is still worried about WJ walking with HR. WJ asks SJ leaves, it’s not SJ’s business anymore. SJ saw WJ leave.

   Next, HR hugged WJ and stated she would give WJ everything he wanted. Trust her… UJ stated to HR, HR doesn’t mind sharing an office with him. People want to avoid people who know their secrets… GHY looks at HR who is very upset… SJ hugs YJW…. YJW is confused because WJ hasn’t arrived yet. SJ stands outside the fence…JMC meets HR…HR states the day their relationship gets out is the day they all go down…. SJ cries when sit on the bench. She’ll keep poking. She’ll find out and get even with them…

7. Woojin is a mess, and Su Jeong is better off without him. Ji-Woo, his wife, is believed to be dead after a confrontation where WJ accused her of infidelity. Despite this, there may be more to the story given the typical twists in K-dramas. It is hoped that Ji-Woo is alive and that her apparent death was orchestrated by his stepmother to control him. Eui-Ji is anticipated to challenge his grandmother, brother, and stepmother as the series progresses, potentially turning the tables on them. The hope is that he will assert his authority and maintain control over them.

8. WJ didn’t even tell SYJ that it wasn’t thanks to him that she was released. Now she would believe it was his doing…
   YSJ should play the card with the painting and blackmail MKH.
   At least the chairwoman knows that MKH was behind the engagement announcement without WJ’s consent and said that he might explode. He is already suffocating…
   Being involved in his wife’s death explains why he is so distant to his daughter. The guilt is eating him up from inside and wouldn’t be able to explain to her someday in the future why her mother died.

9. I knew NaRa was behind the death of WJ’s wife. To help Su Jeong, who fell into a trap, Eui Ju accepts Jae Rim’s proposal. Eui Ju is given a new position in the company, which makes Hye Ra anxious. Woo Jin wants to refuse the engagement, but Kyung Hwa brings up the past and reminds him they’re on the same side.

   Nara’s eye ball almost fell out from her eyes when EJ was introduced as the Director and member of the family.

   I can’t wait for her to be in jail

11. Finally we got some background story about WJ’s wife. As HR spread rumors about his wife and he doubted the child was his, he pushed her and she fell on the ground, which caused her to deliver the baby and she died. I understand how broken and guilty he feels about his wife. I just hope that somehow he will find out by the end of this drama about HR’s involvement.

    I don’t like the chairwoman’s approach, but this is how the writer wrote the character. She should have been able to decipher her DIL’s evil character. Instead of pitting both grandsons against each other, she should tackle her DIL. Now, she will hurt WJ instead of protecting him from the DIL…. She is responsible for all that happened to her family…..
