Synopsis: This drama follows the lives of four childhood friends in Beijing as they navigate through life’s challenges. Yang Shu Mao, a recent graduate, returns home with the goal of becoming a successful businessman and winning the heart of his first love, the wealthy Shi Xiao Na. He teams up with his childhood friend Zhao Ya Jing, who has always been secretly in love with him. However, their plans are constantly disrupted by Shi Xiao Na’s interference. When Shi Xiao Na’s father rejects Yang Shu Mao as a potential son-in-law due to his humble background, he realizes the societal differences between them and distances himself from her. As he reassesses his future, Yang Shu Mao begins to see his other childhood friend Ye Fei as the perfect match for him. But his mother, who is closer to Zhao Ya Jing, has other ideas and hopes for her to become her daughter-in-law.
