this sounds like flower of evil
I really, really wanted to love this drama as I really like Hong Yao and Zhao Yuan Yuan (seen them both in separate works as supporting characters) and the synopsis was intriguing. However, this drama seems to be missing something and I just couldn’t get into it – no matter how much I enjoy watching/looking at Hong Yao and Zhao Yuan Yuan. I stayed as long as I could but after seeing an obvious editing/continuation problem, I sadly decided to drop this drama. I hope Hong Yao can get another ML role in a drama that’s of higher quality in the near future!
Doesn’t the synopsis sound similar to the synopsis for the flower of evil?
But is he really? The lack of the Tragedy tag implies this will be light despite the apparent ‘heaviness’, at least to me.
