  2. Well, the dam burst💦 everything that was left unsaid, the pent up emotion that was deeply suppressed for those boys just trying to survive in a world of hurt and no love…. Picking at the pieces of their existence after the storm that are their parents…. One so damaged by the violence & the hate, the other just living with the neglect & remains of broken parents with low self esteem…trying to compensate for that neglect, and being the most adult out of all of them… but the burden that carries…. The “brothers” forced together, fiercely deny their kin, and in true brotherly fashion they fail to communicate their concern or care for each other, so when one departs, the other feels abandoned… their reunion allows them to reconnect & face who they really are and what they mean to each other….

I found it cute how YD was acting as a debt collector getting every single penny anyone ever owed him just to get SH new shoes 🤭 It was shown that gifting each other their own shoes was something special b/w the two of them so seeing how SH still kept them must’ve made YD feel good and a kind of confirmation that he’s still important ❣

    Wait, Yoondae’s dad isn’t dead..He lied about that so Soo hyuk could not reject him staying at his house.

    When YD told his dad to please let him live, it broke my heart Since young, the only thing he wanted was to escape, and that too seems too much to ask for. Even now the main thing he’s occupied with is trying to hide from his father. It’s so sad to think how this is the reality for some people. It takes them their entire life to escape from it and it’s consequences still linger.
    Talk about friends. YD’s friend is not it. How could you snitch on your friend knowing well the abuse he’s going through??

    “What exactly am I to you?” Well, now that that’s out of the way, and how!!!!!! But why was SH not surprised at all? Maybe this has to do with what his father said about a ‘mistake’ he made…..

  4. They really said NO TEASERS for Episode 5 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

    I don’t think we’re nowhere near happy moments, there’s probably a lot more angst and pain in the finale episode before we get to the actual “happy” ending. (I don’t think it’s even gonna be happy, probably just “relieved”)

    Soohyuk is too kind honestly. He was very very mad when he found out about Yoon Dae lying, but he tried to kinda calm his mind before going back home. But still they were meant to explode sooner or later, and they actually exploded together right at that.

    But not gonna lie, I’m surprised with that angsty development then leading to that kiss.

    It’s interesting that some are saying it’s possible it’s not their first time kissing. 🤔 I honestly have never thought about that, but we’ll see. To be fair, YD himself said he never saw SH as a brother. I don’t think SH consider YD as a brother too. But is it just guilt that SH feels for YD, or did he actually like YD even before? Hmmm. 🤔

    Anyway, I kinda wanna kiss Soohyuk 😭 That one kinda angle is making me feel things omg. 🫣

  5. SPOILER… Yoon Dae lied about his dad dying bc he wanted to escape his abusive father, was hoping to get help from Soo Hyuk as a result and the big surprise Says a lot, lol. Yoon Dae’s felt betrayed by his father, friend, and even Soo Hyuk and he felt he needed a way out. That phone call with his dad said it all and I’m certain Soo Hyuk feels the same way about his own life😭 The agony of not being able to do that without confines is exhausting and must feel like torture. is the question they both need to ask each other and especially after that ending😯🫢 Holy moly, that was an explosive ending❣️That was such a gripping scene🙌 Now I’m just missing the full context of the past and present and how that kiss came about bc that was mutual in every way – I think those lips have met before💓💞 I hope they also start communicating with words in the finale ep and clear up their past grievances imagined and real🙏

    This story deserves more episodes bc the turmoil in these character’s lives is deep and intriguing💖 I feel like they have so much more to say and the general pain their going through is sadly relatable for a lot of people irl😔

It may feel like 5 episodes is too short but I think after watching 4 episodes they really did have time to dig deep and not go into circles – this was a great premise and I am okay with pacing as well but they really are just scratching the surface – this could have really minted well – anyways its last one to go and lets see how the landing happens

  7. I was expecting a rushed, outta the pocket confession since the duration of this series is so short. That kiss was kind of relieving and also confusing at the same time. I wonder why Soohyuk didn’t push Yoondae away when their lips met? Like shouldn’t that be the instinctive reaction you’d have to a surprise kiss with someone you never viewed in a romantic perspective? He even kissed Yoondae back, so passionately at that, as if all the anger inside him gave out as soon as he felt Yoondae’s lips. It makes me suspect that Soohyuk might’ve had some sort of wrong attraction towards Yoondae in the past? That’s why when Yoondae kissed him, he just let it happen naturally.

    Also Yoondae lying about his dad being dead just so he could spend time with Soohyuk was both adorable and wrong at the same time. I think he saw this coming cause obviously you cannot just make an alive person dead and not expect anyone to find out about the truth, that’s impossible. I think he just wanted to spend whatever time he could by Soohyuk’s side and he needed an excuse for that so he lied.

    I also loved the scene where Yoondae bought new shoes for Soohyuk. It really made me smile and realize the little things matter a lot. I just hope he finds a good time to give the gift to Soohyuk properly after all of this has settled.

  8. After a slow burning start I was expecting quite explosive release of tension. Though I assumed we’d get more information what happened in the past and even longer build up. Both are struggling with inner turmoil. Now the question is what happened in the past, and how much of it is misunderstanding and lack of communication. Gray indeed, but I am liking this.

  9. I’ve a feeling that confusing & wrongdoing must have something 2 do with the way they normally kissed as if their mouths have done it before. Could that also explain why he got so jumpy episode 3 when he asked if he slept with a man or is YD just clingy & possessive over SH?? If that’s the case, that would also explain why SH is so big on YD not crossing the line bcus he knows he won’t be able 2 fight back like how he let YD have his way when he kissed him??

  10. So Yoon Dae lied about his father being dead. I thought I might have to go back and watch the previous episodes when Soo Hyuk’s mother said that Yoon Dae’s father is getting re-married.

    These people intertwine with each other through the lives of another and their entanglement makes my head spin.

    I still want to know what Soo Hyuk meant when he said he did something wrong to Yoon Dae way back then. It was something that Soo Hyuk’s father held against him and mooched off him financially. But mom said that he did not go wrong. I really really need to know what led them to the kiss just now.
