Synopsis: During the Republic of China, con man Chen Mu Kun escapes to Wuzufang Town after using the name of immortal Lu Dong Bin to deceive others. However, Lu Zu decides to come to earth to punish Mu Kun. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Dong Bin loses his powers and stays in the world. He meets Mu Kun and takes on the name Lei Shi to guide him towards redemption. Together, they solve mysteries in the village and encounter a brothel girl, Bai Xue Hua.
