i remember reading the manga and it has such beautiful art. not gonna lie im actually disappointed with the casting. they dont have the vibe as the characters in the manga.
Some of the dazed expressions Yuki has reminds me of a young Jungkook (BTS) back in the day 😊.
With the appearance of the ‘new’ script, I am thinking that Asami (with his money and ‘presence’ in the industry) is actually the main driver behind the script to help bring Yuki out of his shell … and ‘out’ as well … maybe … just a hunch I am having.

I love when leads of a series run romantically (here when they were hiding from fans), it feels like they are leaving behind all the worries of the world and running into happiness.
This series concept is very much similar to the series ‘ I got a lead role in BL series’ which aired few months back. Even Yuki looks same as the lead role of that series and even there he is insecure about his acting.
Anyways i enjoyed that show, i am enjoying this one too.

I do enjoy watching this series as it comes each week. The characters are not original for me. The plot is predictable too. I’ll remain watching the handsome actors and their progress of bringing Shirasaki Yuki and Hayama Asami of the 25 Ji, Akasaka de manga to life.
I’ve not read the manga. I’m curious how Yuki Shirasaki is so stiff going out on a pretend date. As an actor, even if he’s a newbie, couldn’t he act in the role of a lover whether it be a straight or a gay role? Idk the age of this character, but how is he so clueless of romance.

They are so awkwardly cute/adorable. It is awkward with how they are trying to connect and interact with each other. However, it is so adorable/cute, when they let their guard down for a second around the other person.
Asami literally have a gay panic moment when Yuki called him by his first name… The way his eyes just lighten up [despite how dark it was] and widen, when his name was called repeatedly. The man was besides himself and probably blushing from the looks of it.
Yuki has this sort of juxtaposition vibe to him, where he is all serious with a straight face and whatnot, but then when he let’s down his guard and enjoys himself – he becomes so cute and adorable. Case and point, the whole entire first date itself…. He was so serious about it, but then when he had that hat on and was being fed, he was so cute!

Asami-san.. Asami-san! Asami was slightly taken aback when Yuki suddenly called him by his first name but we know he loved it 😊 I am glad that Asami changed their deal from a sexy to innocent one (at least for now 😬). Is there a need to hug while hiding behind a pillar? 🤭 But it looked super comfortable. I wouldn’t want to let go if I am Yuki too 🫂
SPOILER… Did y’all see the instant switch in Yuki’s facial expression during that photo shoot? That was FIERCE🔥👀😍🤩 Yuki is going to be WILD in the sheets when he gets there, lol I’m trying to mentally prepare for that😉😅 These MLs are going to take method acting and PRIVATE workshops to a whole other level when we get there. I can feel it😁 Ngl I was let down by Asami’s, “let’s be lovers” and get to know each other proposal but it was expected and I actually prefer it like this bc we’ll get real conflicting emotions this way, adding to the juicy drama later on😌
Yumi is being so methodical and a-n-a-l retentive (pun intended) about this I’m worried if he’s going to get out of the bedroom alive when they finally get there, and I’m only slightly kidding, lol😂🤣 Also, I want to get Asami’s inner pov about all this at some point bc it’s amusing to watch but it must be a heck of an experience being the “sensei” in all that. Yuki is going to relax SOoooooo much once he gets laid, lol I can see it now, people. Haha!🤣🤣 … The date was cute💗 And all I could say to this was, I know you do!🥰
But seriously, Yuki stay away from social media comments😏 You are a newbie and no one knows you, you can’t take those comments to heart. Worry about doing your best, for you!🙏 The real fans will follow at some point. Ngl, I’m mostly worried about how Yuki is going to deal with the fans and fame in general when he gains popularity. Reporters and interviews are going to be so difficult for him. I wanna form a protection squad for him against the vultures out there just waiting to eat him alive😬💪
P.S. I personally love the shy, nerdy type guys irl but all I kept yelling at my screen this ep. was YUKI, RELAAAAAAX!!!! SMILE MORE!!!!📢😅 It was nice seeing him put his guard down a tiny bit during that date😊
