The Worst of Evil (2023)

Set in Seoul in the 1990s, a former DJ sets out to sell a new, powerful drug named “Gangnam Crystal” in city nightclubs. His activities draw the attention of the police, who dispatch rural police officer Park Jun Mu to infiltrate the drug trafficking organization. Park Jun Mu soon discovers that his wife, Yoo Eui Jung, is also a detective involved in the mission and has an unknown history with the underground drug king. During his mission to crack down on the drug cartel, Park Jun Mu must also protect his wife’s safety. The 12-episode series follows their journey as they battle the drug crime organization.
