  1. Xue why did you have to put up so many death flags for Tong. Never talk to someone about their happy future with someone before a big event. It’s guarantee death. At least we got rid of the evil stepmother. Next up Princess Wanning.

  2. Wow, today’s episode was crazy intense! Unfortunately, we lost Tong Er and Aunt Hu. I was on the edge of my seat watching that fake ritual unfold! Jiang Li danced to the beat of their drums while turning the tables on them by using their plan to expose Ji Shu Ran. I must say that it was clever of her to use someone to mimic Jiang Yue’s voice. I can’t wait to see how they handle Ji Shu Ran in the next episode! Once again, Jiang Li proved that she is not to be trifled with!

    Now that the last obstacle (Ji Shu Ran) has been removed, things are going to get wild! Jiang Li will be out for blood after losing Tong Er, but I just hope she keeps a clear head. And Wan Ning is gearing up to take her revenge schemes to the next level. The showdown between these two is going to be epic.

    One thing that irked me in this episode was this statement: “My dear, what do you think?” Like damn, from the beginning to the bitter end, Jiang Yuan Bai could not stand on his feet as a man and think for himself. No wonder Ji Shu Ran played him like a fiddle for so long. His tears pissed me off because he let his woman come into his life and destroy his family right under his nose.

All that foreshadowing at the start, oh my sweet Tong’er 😭😭😭 even though I already knew that she was gonna die even before the drama started cos they had her death scene in the drama trailer (I can’t believe they included such a huge spoiler in the trailer wtf ☠️), her death still hurts 😭 oh my sweet summer child, may you roam the flower fields hand in hand with your lady, the original jiang li

    also fun fact, i read on twitter on how there was a rumour on Weibo that the reason why tong’er had to die was because the actress playing her had to go back to school 😂

  7. Cue that a loved character is about to be killed off -talking about future plans. I knew it was gonna happen but didn’t stop me from crying buckets.

    I was pissed that they shoved Ji Shu Ran and her ex’s flashback down our throats minutes after he murdered Tong’er…and the sad music when he died was for what? 😒 Play it for Tong’er instead. I’m glad they did eventually honor Tong’er’s death. I cried with A’li. Her scream, omg!😭
