  2. I ❤ the Ye family. They are a mess, but a good mess not a hateful mess. The love they show Li is unwavering and sincere not like those wicked ppl in the capital.
    The last scene was really a good show to watch while having a cup of tea.
    ..and Li is a jealous one I see😁😁

  4. Jiang Li’s jealousy is palpable, even if she doesn’t realize it herself. The way she can’t help but gets jealous towards Duke Su, the slight pangs of insecurity when she sees him interacting with others… it’s all so beautifully nuanced.
    And Duke Su, oh Duke Su! His faith in Jiang Li is unwavering, and the way he defends her abilities to everyone, is truly heartwarming. The scene where he’s fanning himself, watching her with a look of pure adoration, is a particular standout.❤️❤️
    You can feel the depth of his emotions, even if he doesn’t explicitly state them.
    The chemistry between the leads is undeniable, and the tension is building beautifully. I can’t wait to see what happens next as Duke su already said “The best part of the show is yet to come”😍
    I am already waiting for Monday to get 2 episodes these 1 episodes per day is killing me!!!

  5. I’ve never been impressed by the acting of the actress playing Ye Jia’er, but she’s really funny here. I guess she should do more comedy instead of serious roles.

    The Duke sure loves to sit back and sip tea while enjoying watching drama lol

  11. The atmosphere in the ye family is much more pleasant. No plots to harm the FL, and treats her with some respect/sincerity since they knew who she was. Finally a break!

  14. Xue Li is slowly becoming attracted to the Duke but she had not realized it yet. We see a little bit of her jealous side. She might not readily explore this newfound feeling because she is occupied with enacting revenge and restoring her identity which makes sense. It is also easy to see why she would fall for him because he is like a large rock she can fully lean on. We saw a glimpse of that last episode when he hugged her after she got stabbed and she rested her head on his chest.

    Again love Duke Su’s ability to leave her to her devices!! A man who steps aside for his woman to have the stop light yet only steps in when she is in danger and needs his help!! You’ve got to love him sitting there admiring her resolve the conflict while also reminding others not to underestimate her!! A man indeed!!

  17. I love Duke Su’s confidence in Xue Fangfei, telling the Li brother at the end of the episode that “the best part of the show is yet to come” 😝 oh we know😫

    I feel like the writers had 2 meanings behind that line:

    1. Literally: according to Xue Fangfei and how she decides to handle things and the drama and entertainment that will ensue because of it, and

    2. Figuratively: in regard to the actual show and the drama that is yet to come. We are locked in and WAITING for the TEAAA that is yet to unfold, I’m so excited.

    Well played on their part🤭but I NEED my 2 episodes a day again, I don’t think I can survive on just 1😫 I’m literally graduating Uni on Tuesday and I’m looking forward to these episodes more than graduating PLZZZZ
