Synopsis: “Sun Ja’s Struggle” follows the intersecting stories of Sun Ja, Solomon, and an elderly Sun Ja in Osaka during World War II and Tokyo in 1989. As Sun Ja fights to protect her family, she is faced with dangerous choices. Meanwhile, Solomon must start anew with nothing, and the elderly Sun Ja worries about her grandson.   3. I’m shocked that Apple not only greenlit this once, but twice. Super curious on the watch statistics (that Apple will never release).
    Also, I’d argue this is more of an American series than Korean.

  4. tough times,suffereing from japs on their own soil. then moving to japan only to suffer again as collateral damage when ‘merican punished the japs, and suffer some more even in peaceful times after with discrimination.
