    they sure have taken A LOT of artistic license with this manga. sigh

    it’s still cute and fun. but the essence of the oc is a bit lost with some of these BIG changes.

    Prop to the sponsor’s product scene. It was seamlessly placed. I only realized it after trying to remember whether Kongthap wore glasses before this.

    I thought this next scene was also a sponsor’s product ad, but I couldn’t see the brand. Would’ve been an opportunity had the producers reached out to the camera brand product.

    Anyway, it’s cute that Atom and Thap make nice memories.

  6. I’ve been trying hard to stay positive with this for GemFourth but I saw a clip of NorthNight online this week and it make me sad for what could have been. I know the reason their story was cut but I wish they had just made a show entirely for those characters.

    Instead we got this. Sigh. I mean it’s cute I guess but… it’s just not hitting if you get me. Mudmee and Half evoke more of a reaction from me, the STRAIGHT couple! It’s so wrong!😭 Argh. I just can’t feel that couple connection between our leads which is super disappointing🙁

    I’ll keep going but honestly at this point I feel like I’m just waiting for the end.

  7. At this point of the series, I don’t think it’s My Love Mix Up anymore. Feel like a FourthGemini series.

    Anyway, it’s cute though Half could use a boost of confidence. Mudmee’s frustration startled even me. It was unexpected of her cute character. Like Atom said: She crossed to the darkside. That sets the remainder of the episode for Half to correct his position in their relationship.

    The other part of the episode is Atom wanting to get a special gift for his boyfriend’s birthday, breaking into his piggy bank, asking mom for advance allowance, and working part time at P’Sin’s cafe.

    All of the events no longer feel like My Love Mix Up for me. I think that ended after they established and announced their relationship to the basketball team.
