Synopsis: Do Do Hee is the successor of the Future Group. She has an arrogant and cool-headed personality, who doesn’t trust in anyone. She is cynical about love. Do Do Hee gets involved with a demon named Jung Koo Won and makes a contract marriage with him. She faces big changes in her life.
Jung Koo Won is a demon. He can live for eternity by making dangerous, but sweet deals with humans who endure hellish lives. He looks down upon humans and he has prowled over this world like an apex predator for 200 years. He gets involved with Do Do Hee and somehow loses his power all of a sudden. He then enters into a contract marriage with her. To prevent his own extinction, he must protect Do Do Hee who has taken all of his power. Their relationship develops romantically.

  2. I was really looking forward to this. But dropped it. First episodes were fine but it got worse after thegrandma died. I don’t feel the chemistry. The story was a mess. The comedy part feels so forced and cringe. Ml acting was stiff as always.

  4. I only have a few dramas I rewatch (Reply series, Scarlet Heart, & Moon Embracing the Sun), and now, My Demon is one of them. I love everything about this drama, especially the visuals hehehehe

  13. i’ve watched almost 12 eps of this and i wouldn’t call it good, or bad, its not as unbearable as kokdu or as draggy as doom at your service. its just very basic, with all the depth of a music video, or a slick ad. heh

  14. I absolutely loved this show until the kiss in the rain. It was actually the beginning of the next episode. It completely went off the rails with the lovey stuff. Almost every cliche was used for the next 15 minutes of the episode. We all knew it was going to happen eventually, but how they did it made me puke. Yes it’s extreme to turn it off and not watch again, but I couldn’t watch the characters after that.

Just the other day i was browsing youtube and i was taken aback by the fact that koreans are now beginning to rise as racist nation(and by fact that at one time in history they themselves had to suffer from the prejudices of japanese ruthless and merciless regime , is what shocked me). The news also mentioned that they show strong discrimiation against africans,indians and pakistanis even in public places like mall , bars , theatres etc like crazy with strong proof from interviews done by these foreigners and that they tend to avoid contacts or even recognize people of these nationality. The more i tried to find out the more racism was what i saw. It was such a shock to me as i have become an avid fan of kdrama and k-pop last 4 years . And ever since i read that i was very agitated to know if whether this piece of infomation is true or not and since i don’t know any koreans , this is the only platform where koreans may have a presence who can shed some light in this. so please clarify this. i really hope it’s not as bad as what they told.

Kim Yoo-Jung is awesome in everything she does, I want to see her in more romantic dramas…I wonder if Song Min-Gi from Ateez is interested in going into acting because I would love to see those two pair up in something. She would look so petite next to him they are both so attractive. Just a thought, maybe a director or producer in South Korea might read this and contemplate the pair up between them.

  26. Started watching. ML’s acting is bad. He is better for a flower boy,not for a demon. FL’s acting is good. Only continue watching this drama for plot and her. But it is hard to watch with ML clingy acting

  28. I like Kim Yo Joong but it is not acceptable to give glory to the demon for they will never be better than God. This is the lie that evil spread. Their destination is lake of fire, so for this one I will pass.

  31. It’s starting to get quite tiring. Since when they have their argues and comebacks. Characters are predictable.
    Ep 5 and I’m not that convince to watch the rest episodes.
    I can’t imagine what will happend here in the other episodes (cuz I still have a lot to watch)

  35. Honestly, just finished Sweet Home 2 and Song Kang was so good in that. What happened?
    Had such high hopes.The FL is, at least, quite good. The rest of the cast is uggh.

  41. I really like this actress and her previous dramas and was expecting a good one especially after that BIG hype in socials but I’m disappointed. Watched 3 eps and cant any more :/ Too boring.. Acting and story is not that good, characters seems kinda flat 🙁 I’m not feeling any attachement which is sad because I was awaiting this drama since the first news showed up.

  43. I’m watching this only because of Song Kang and Yoo Jung. Their acting and visuals are perfect as always. But wtf wrong with the writer?? He made a demon’s character weaker than a human?!! That’s why this drama is so lame. They deserve better drama than this.

  62. I bet there is a connection between the ML and FL again in the past as this always the case in KDrama . Is the FL the child at the beginning. A hum! Now its 16 expect , another boring parts in the mid parts because there will be a lot of flashback again. But i did not expect that the ML is the main character too in the upcoming Sweet home 2: this i can’t wait.

  112. Ok so apparently Lee Sangyi the second lead and Kim Yoojung the female lead already acted in a play together they are so cute together !

    I don’t know why but I feel like this drama is going to be boring I hope not but whenever they cast 2 extremely perfect looking leads the drama has a poor and boring plotline + these 2 looks inhumane together like 2 angels so it’ll be harder for most of us to connect with the story that’s literally why most people don’t watch chinese drama cause they try to win the audience with looks which isn’t enough…. I still wish them the best.
