  1. To be a young kid and over hear you mom say she should of never given birth to you thats major damage talking years of therapy and maybe never fixed. I get she wants freedom from marriage but the kid is innocent whats his crime being born-wtf?

  2. guys, dont i have a big brain?? like i binged watched all 10 sad ep’s yesterday, now i can watch all the happy epi’s now 😼

  3. Thank the heavens. Have been on edge ever since I read the theories of the sunflower scene being the afterlife so very glad it’s the opposite 😭 Poor baby Seung-hyo had a tough time under the covers but time looks to be healing things finally – the MRI better come out clean too! Really love Mo-eum’s side stories and her approach to life. Can already see her own dilemma coming up but know she’ll make the right choice.

  4. People saying that they don’t like the way their parent’s story goes, give the writer and director some time to show what’s in the story and expand on it.

Other than that, again it was a great episode. I loved it, the writing is so far great, and again props to the actors who are performing great.

  5. our main couple had so much angst,
but i am so disappointed 😣
their confessions wasn’t angsty enough for me 😭😭
this is why i love turkish dramas, they have such a good angsty confessions.

  6. today’s episode are the summary of all this year’s drama (sorry if that sounds confusing English is not my mother tongue)

MO EUM!!!! ackkkk I never loved a secondary couple like this! I love her!

ramen… tea… and now banana milk haha

  7. i have a brother that eats all the protein in the house he can fit in his mouth so the dad going “your aging dad needs the protein more, you punk!” was soo funny

  8. I think one thing a lot of people fail to realise is how much a woman gives up after marriage. She gives up her name and becomes known as someone’s mother. On her legal documents, she gives up her father’s name to take on the name of her husband. She gives birth to her children and juggles being a mum and having a job, sometimes having to give up her career to make her home.

And, the worst is that her struggles have been so trivialised that if she dares to be different, society comes for her like a creditor on a hot summer afternoon. She is reminded that a child needs their mother as if the child doesn’t need their father too.

Gender aside, society also places more importance on one profession over the other. Like how dare you compare savings lives to being a diplomat. Why don’t you ask to be assigned to the safe countries. But the thing is, someone will have to go to those dangerous and war torn countries. And that person will be someone’s mother, father, son or daughter. I mean try to see it from the POV of the Koreans in those dangerous countries. Will the good doctor hold the same view if it was seunghyo and his family in one of those countries and no diplomat agrees to be assigned there?

Also, was he expecting to ask for a divorce and his wife will go down on her knees and scream “Chona! Have mercy on me and don’t divorce me!”? How can he be married for over 20 years and not know a thing about the woman he married? His inferiority complex and lack of trust nearly cost him his marriage.

But it’s all good, cos our babe is going to the north pole! I spat out my drink when she said ‘wow’. Lol. Very funny

  9. STOP making me cry you Rom-com ‘Imposter’!!!!! But they made up with the ending scene 🥰👀

The 7-year-old child in Seung hyu that was always scared of his parents’ separation, losing the bare minimum of an “illusion of a happy family” was once again awaken at the sudden news of his parents’ divorce. His biggest fear as a child resurfaced, manifesting into reality. I agree that parents are free to decide the future of their marriage, but the thing is, parenthood is a huge commitment. It doesn’t need to take over your entire identity, however, marriage and building a family comes with responsibilities and people need to realize that before taking on this big step, bcz in the end the children end up being victims one way or the other. I can empathize with SH, he didn’t deserve to live in this fear, walking on eggshells because his parents failed to act as mature adults and let the misunderstandings take the wheel.

See, they needed only 15 seconds of open and honest communication to sort the root of their issues. But was “mom’s losing her memory” subplot really necessary??

We are finally done with all the sadness and frustration. Let the show enter its fluff and romance era 💜😘 I squealed at the sudden reciprocating confession followed by a kiss, and I’m so here for it..❣️

  10. Jung hae in promised us happiness and butterflies in our tummy from episode 11 to 16 and my boy is not a liar😄😄😄😄😄😄😄
    i love loveeeeeee💓

  11. Heavy stuff… real heavy stuff this week but I guess we needed an emotionally charged healing episode to progress towards the “don’t watch this with your parents” episodes that Hae-in has promised…

I’m screaming!!! How cute and scenic was that confession/kiss “belated”, but beautiful
    🌻🌻🌻… “I don’t think I need that banana milk anymore” 🥰🥰🥰

The building for the pianist should be interesting, I hope it incorporates the natural elements (wind/rain) like the one in Germany that makes music through its pipes when it rains.

  12. FINALLY!!! That moment has come.

Just when I thought, dear God, do I have to cry every episode of this drama, they finally made us happy. Poor Seung Hyo, he cried every episode too I think. And now that his parents have finally started communicating with each other, it turns out that his mother has some form of dementia, so he’s in for more painful times. Considering everything we’ve seen so far, I really hope this has a happy ending and we don’t get Seok Ryu’s relapse in the next few episodes.

I like Mo Eum and Dan Ho, but their behavior is getting a bit childish now, it’s not like they’re teenagers so they’re embarrassed by a simple kiss (even teenagers don’t do that anymore).

  13. Episode 9-11 is a decent start for a drama over second half.

I am hoping Seung Hyo’s mom has some condition like Rosa (Andrea’s mom) in Hospital Playlist that could be cured and not dementia.

Mo Eum is the friend that I would want, cute n sweet.

The preview for ep 12 looks good. Hoping no more anxiety.

  14. THEY KISSED……….. I REPEAT……. THEY FREAKING KISSEDDDDDDD…….😭😭🦋🦋💖💖💕💕
    this is so perfect
“the milk’s expiration date is today. but my feelings will not expire tomorrow or the day after tomorrow”
    seungho saying it in french
y’all we made it through eleven episodes of slowburn, angst, cancer, broken engagement, accidents, ex girlfriends to the most beautiful scene and moment
them smiling into the kiss, him holding her face, her holding his arms. god i’m gonna die. them and the whole
