Synopsis: In the world of the dead, Kkok Du is a powerful grim reaper, feared for his cold and cruel ways. Every 99 years, he must take a 49-day break from his duties in the underworld and reside in the mortal realm. This time, he finds himself in the body of Do Jin Woo, a human. As he struggles to adjust to his new form, he meets Han Gye Jeol, a female doctor with the ability to control him.
