  5. I swear, some people just aren’t supposed to be parents. They do more harm than good. It’s unbelievable how a cheater can spread baseless rumors about the mother of his child, call himself a human being, and think of himself as the wronged party. The worst part is him letting his mistress lead him down such a destructive path. It speaks to the kind of person she is; some people are just toxic. I don’t know how I didn’t notice from Woo Jin’s and the CEO’s last interaction that they were related. It explains his hostility toward Cha. He knows his son is in love with her, so he treats her the way he does despite her being his best lawyer—a disgusting male chauvinist in this day and age. Three weeks till the next episode, wow!!!!

  7. my question is!!!

    y didn’t they hire a caretaker/babysitter for the daughter that the father had to completely end his career to raise her??? or might as well leave her in a day care centre, I mean, all around the world, where both parents are working, there are day care centers where they leave their kids and then pick them up, so y couldn’t they do that??? even now she’s with the helper all day….

    and m with the daughter here, m not against working mothers, m all for it, but putting your family aside and even forgetting about your kid’s schedule, isn’t something that should be entertained in any family….of course, absolutely not saying that the father shouldn’t do it, he has equal responsibility, but we know that the father has been present all along….Cha eun kyung should pay attention to her child as well, as much as she pays attention to her clients and her cases, or at least now, when she knows that custody would become an issue and the husband has the upper hand in that…..the girl needs both the parents, not just the father, and specially now when both her parents have become a “news”……cz up until now, it seems that she has absolutely no interest in her daughter’s activities, other than looking at her sleeping after coming home from work at midnight….

  9. The worse thing that can happen in a divorce case is using the kid as a pawn its a shameless selfish act that can do serious damage. You can sue to get custody and then shift the plan to what the kid wants if desired or play the hard line make the kid march to your orders back by the judge and watch them when 18 leave as fast as they can.

    I think the newbie is smarter than what the Director of this drama is showing. She process the law different maybe slower but then actually has good ideas and injects the long term effects
    She saw what her Father did to her mother and how it wore her down and everyone around her mom. Those tools will help in this case

  14. Pfft…. writers please write in the story a few episodes where she got transfered into the Corporate Law that she wanted and let it unfold how she’ll get eaten up by those ruthless snakes from that section.

  16. I say let the dad take the daughter. Teenagers are not that easy to deal with even if you love them dearly. Even the good ones can be difficult. Let the dad and gf be the one to deal with her daily life. At some point she’ll probably want to be with her mom more. Both parents were a bit absent so the daughter is justifiably angry. It’s easy for her to put it all on her mom until she sorts things out.
